JOIN US FOR A WEEK OF DIVERSE FITNESS, HEALTHY EATING AND LUXURY ACCOMMODATION IN THE MOST STUNNING SETTING
We aim to provide you with an exercise program for the week, incorporating both high intensity cardio and circuit training, stretching and mountain hiking. Classes will take place on the private lakeside terrace of the villa with only the water between you and the mountains.
Hotel Filario will be your home, a small luxury hotel on the shores of Lake Como, with its own beach and breathtaking views there isn't a better place to unwind.
And what more could you want from a week of fitness but a healthy menu to go with it. Food blogger Taimar Birthistle-Cooke will be working alongside the hotel to provide you with delicious and nutritious plant based food to fuel your week.

Upon booking 50% deposit is required. The balance is due one month prior to the start date of the retreat.
The deposit is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel, at least one month before the retreat, you will be issued with a voucher, valid for one year.
